"Buck, the owner, was very thorough in inspecting our roof for hail damage. He was honest and said their was no damage. We had been approached by several storm chasing roof contractors telling us we had storm damage but we were skeptical and called Eagle Siding for an honest assessment. While Buck was on the roof, he noticed our rusty vent stack and painted it! No charge! It looks so nice and when the time comes to replace our roof as it ages, we will definitely call Buck and Eagle Siding!"

"Steve Bormann was top notch! Always answered questions; explained everything that needed to be done; was very punctual; returned phone calls promptly. In total, I feel he (and his crew) went way above and beyond in doing the roofing. Replaced all vents with proper types. Capped one he didn't probably need to, but he said he was afraid the pipe might have been cracked inside the house, thus allowing a water leak. He and his crew were efficient and got the job done very quickly...and I know it was done correctly! His charge was VERY reasonable and he put some confidence back in me that there are still good roofing contractors out there. (Last year I dealt with a local contractor that I could only say was a real shyster. In fact he was fined by the State Of MN for his bad business practices. It was a very bad experience for me!) Bottom line: If I would ever need another roofing done, I'd call Bormann Bros. contracting! I highly recommend them!!"

"Kim and his son did a great job replacing the EPDM rubber flat roof and patching/fixing the decking. There were some unforeseen issues that required resheathing the roof deck, which comes with the territory I suppose, but they were able to handle everything and still get the repairs done in about a day and a half. They seemed confident I could get insurance to cover it, but that was not the case so I had to cover it all out of pocket. In the contract I didn't see any type of warranty for work or materials. I had read that these rubber roofs could last up to 50 years, so when requested, Josh wrote in a 10 year workmanship warranty. Seemed strange to me I had to request it, but it has been over 2 years so far and it seems to be holding up, so that is good. Nice enough people, and I'm thankful they were able to take on the job, get it done in a timely manner, and maintain good communication throughout. This took place in the fall of 2021, which was during a booming time in construction and it was hard enough to find a company that would even call back, nonetheless one with experience with rubber/flat roofing."

"HIGH QUALITY - they did great work replacing our roof after hail damage. The new roof looks much better than the original, which was only two years old. FAST - the crew showed up early and had the job finished in just ONE DAY! They did great work and put care into every aspect right down to the detailed clean up at the end. Our neighbor's roof is about the same size, and that company took 3-4 days to finish theirs. PROFESSIONAL - Addison and Nick were easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. "Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
