Kim and his son did a great job replacing the EPDM rubber flat roof and patching/fixing the decking. There were some unforeseen issues that required resheathing the roof deck, which comes with the territory I suppose, but they were able to handle everything and still get the repairs done in about a day and a half. They seemed confident I could get insurance to cover it, but that was not the case so I had to cover it all out of pocket. In the contract I didn't see any type of warranty for work or materials. I had read that these rubber roofs could last up to 50 years, so when requested, Josh wrote in a 10 year workmanship warranty. Seemed strange to me I had to request it, but it has been over 2 years so far and it seems to be holding up, so that is good. Nice enough people, and I'm thankful they were able to take on the job, get it done in a timely manner, and maintain good communication throughout. This took place in the fall of 2021, which was during a booming time in construction and it was hard enough to find a company that would even call back, nonetheless one with experience with rubber/flat roofing.

Josh and Ruff were great guys to work with. Their experience, professionalism and attention to detail were top notch. We experienced what seemed to me to be a huge crisis, and while it was a lot of work to repair, it became very clear I could count on these guys to get the job done correctly and ensure it never happened again. I also so appreciated Josh's knowledge of the insurance process and how to make sure I got everything coming to me. I never would have been able to navigate that on my own. They stayed in constant communication throughout the job (which lasted more than a month) and I knew they would pick up the phone when I called with a question. If I ever have a roof or attic problem again, I would absolutely call Restoreline.

Josh and Restoreline came to our home to assess a very difficult roofing repair project involving multiple converging valleys and a chimney, one that had elements of storm damage, age related deterioration and problems in its original design. Josh took time to accurately look into the project by scaling the roof and exploring the attic and exterior walls, and suggest a range of repairs possible, including the one we agreed upon. He assembled a team of subs including experienced metal workers and stucco workers, all needed for the complex job. He managed the team, including his own people, keeping a schedule and keeping us apprised of progress. When the job was completed, I had every confidence that we had chosen our repair company well and that the work exceeded every expectation. I would not hesitate to personally recommend Restoreline to anyone in need of a simple or complex roof repair.

Did the job same day as posted. Josh made me feel he cared about my roof, it's integrity as well as aesthetics, he went beyond req's for repair. Pointed out potential future problems, charges were fair and reasonable. Will ask Restoreline to bid on future projects.

Working with Josh was probably the best experience with a contractor I had. I submitted an inquiry one night about a roof leak and got a call within minutes asking for details and got scheduled for the morning after. Josh came out and we hopped on the roof together to look at the vent causing issues. He showed me how it was installed wrong by showing me exactly what the issue was as well as walking the whole roof with me and pointing out various vent installation and shingle issues. He also had great advice for keeping roof in good shape and insulating attic. Will definitely be using Josh in the future when the time comes for a new roof.

These people bend over backward to make sure their work is done to the homeowner s satisfaction. They are extremely conscientious and communicate well. They were prompt and efficient and their work is top notch. We would recommend them highly to anyone desiring professional home repair.

Reliable, honest what needed repair, great work.

It was a challenging job: replace a flat roof that had failed and also had deteriorated significant portions of its structural supports. Several quality bidders tried to figure out the best approach. Restoreline came up with the most cost-effective approach, which involved significant framing repair plus the new roof. Every step of the way in this complex project was professional, diligent and thorough.

Josh contacted me within 5 minutes of putting in the quote request. He was out the next morning for a garage roof leak. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue, sealed the multiple holes, and took pictures for my confirmation. It was quick, efficient, and got the job done. It has rained multiple times since then and there are no leaks to be found. Solid work.

I had a roof installed by an amateur and it was a disaster. Literally everything about it. Restoreline came out to see if it could be saved. It was ultimately clear it could not be. They tore off the old roof, fixed the underlying issues and installed a new roof. The results were dramatic. It looks beautiful and I have confidence that it will hold up for a long time.
