We had been approached by several storm chasing roof contractors telling us we had storm damage but we were skeptical and called Eagle Siding for an honest assessment. While Buck was on the roof, he noticed our rusty vent stack and painted it! No charge! It looks so nice and when the time comes to replace our roof as it ages, we will definitely call Buck and Eagle Siding!"

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"This is a follow up from work done 2 years ago. Roof/gutters still great and siding ok. However the metal that was installed over the soffit in several areas is pulling away and one piece blew off in the wind. After looking close at several areas on a tall ladder I found many nails not pounded into the wood soffit hence the reason many areas were pulling away. Walker did come out and repair several areas recently after I called so that was good. Hopefully all else holds up for at least what should be the expected lifetime but I have my doubts at least on the soffits. Look closely at photos submitted to see what is happening."

From start to finish, Iâ ve never had better and more complete professional service than my experience with Customer First Contractors. After a winter snow storm with high winds that blew off some shingles, they responded to my call (on a weekend) and came out immediately to inspect. They determined areas that needed immediate attention to avoid leakage and performed temporary fix to get through the winter and roof could be replaced in spring, assuming insurance adjuster would agree with roof replacement. Ryan (from Customer First Contractors) met with the adjuster and handled all negotiations and communications with the adjuster and insurance company to have the roof replaced.
