"I hire a lot of contractors and the experience was among my favorite type. They showed up eager to please and were attentive to my rather ocd concern about the health of my plants in beds around the house. No plants were harmed, damaged despite a total exterior cleaning with their power washer. Went the extra mile on tough mold and moss in the shade. Even cleaned the deck railings without prompting without damaging the grain. Will hire again definitely!"

"I originally called ARC a week ago getting estimates and then I had a scheduling conflict and everything was put on hold for a week or so.  I circled back around to ARC when I knew I would be home and scheduled an appointment about a week later.  They were flexible with their schedule and arrived during the time frame as stated (within 24 hours), and began the pressure washing and did a wonderful job.  Here's a few details to this job:  we have a 3-story home, it was a full house pressure washing job, our house backs up to a nature preserve, hence, there was a buildup of green algae-like on our hardy plank on one side.  Simply put, this was not an 1 hour job.  The fellas were polite and pleasant.  Overall, the gist is -- they did a great job and I will hire them again in 6 months or so to pressure wash again.  Glad I found them!  Thank you ARC!

"Subzero was fabulous - my windows are cleaner than when they were new!!! They took all of the screens outside to scrub, spray-rinse, and dry. They then washed all of the outside windows, then the inside windows and the sills, etc. When they were nearly done, I asked "now just to put the screens back in?" They were already in!! They were very neat, no mess, very friendly to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!"

"We hired Argi to do a tear out of the bathroom walls and floor, replace with new tile and to replace the shower fixtures. As with every project we found surprises. Argi made his recommendations and they were right on the mark!! It meant more time and work for him but he was very understanding and wanted the job to be done right just as I did. This was an extremely busy and challenging time for him and I really appreciate the attention that he gave to us and our project! The room is 30 years old so you can imagine the difference between old and new. We are thrilled!! Argi was so patient with all of our questions and with our three dogs. (He loves animals) We also hired him to replace 2 broken tiles in our entryway and to re grout a few areas there. We had to order the grout in order for it to match but once it arrived Argi came to do that job on his day off!! I can't say enough good things about him! The day that Argi came to our home on his day off to work on our entryway, we had just gone through an extremely stressful and very difficult week. He was so kind and did such a sweet thing that day for us. I can't tell you how many trips Argi made to the Home Depot during his time with us in order to make everything just right. Argi is such a personable and hard working man! He takes pride in his work and does a great job!! He knows his stuff! He is absolutely trustworthy and is a Christian and family man. I enjoyed my time getting to know him and he most certainly was a blessing to us. It is extremely difficult to find a good contractor and near impossible to find one like Argi. "Max was very responsive to our inquiry, showed up when he said he would and gave us a very competitive price. They pressure washed the exterior of the house and painted the shutters. The work was excellent. He and his crew are hard workers and made sure we were happy with the outcome. We will definitely engage them again for any painting job, including the staining of our anticipated cedar fence installation. I highly recommend them."
