Once we chose two roof colors we were interested in, Jeff provided us with houses in the area to look at to see how the roofs actually looked on houses. This was very helpful in making our decision. Capital got us on their schedule very quickly. The crew supervisor Azael was fantastic to work with. He explained about a dip in the garage roof and how they would fix it. It was reasonable, inexpensive, and we gave the approval. The crew completed the roof work in two days. They were prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They even came back a few days later and ran the magnetic roller around the house again. Our roof looks great, and we would highly recommend using Capital for your roofing project!"

"EXCEPTIONAL Experience working with Bormann Brothers! From my first phone call with Steve Bormann to my new roof being completed, gutters and gutter guards installed, the whole process was seamless. Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. "William and his crew did an excellent job. Mike, the insulation guy, was punctual and professional. He meticulously sealed all the leakage areas in the attic, replaced and re-vented the bathroom exhaust fan and blew in new insulation. The attic R-value probably doubled. The roofing crew ( 5 guys) arrived around 5:30 and virtually attacked the garage roof. Within two hours, they had stripped off all the old material and replaced it with new paper and shingles. They were neat, clean and picked up all residue from the shingling. The gutter guy did an excellent job, was diligent and detailed in hanging the gutters and installing the gutter covers. I highly recommend KeyPrime Roofing and Remodeling. They've been professional, responsive and fair."

"Kim and his son did a great job replacing the EPDM rubber flat roof and patching/fixing the decking. There were some unforeseen issues that required resheathing the roof deck, which comes with the territory I suppose, but they were able to handle everything and still get the repairs done in about a day and a half. They seemed confident I could get insurance to cover it, but that was not the case so I had to cover it all out of pocket. In the contract I didn't see any type of warranty for work or materials. I had read that these rubber roofs could last up to 50 years, so when requested, Josh wrote in a 10 year workmanship warranty. Seemed strange to me I had to request it, but it has been over 2 years so far and it seems to be holding up, so that is good. Nice enough people, and I'm thankful they were able to take on the job, get it done in a timely manner, and maintain good communication throughout. This took place in the fall of 2021, which was during a booming time in construction and it was hard enough to find a company that would even call back, nonetheless one with experience with rubber/flat roofing."

"This was a 2 day challenging fascia replacement job involving a several person crew supervised by Lakewoods' owner, Shawn, and his right hand man, Ho. All the work was accomplished to my satisfaction in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. I would highly recommend Lakewoods and Shawn for siding and roof work requiring a high level of competence."

"A large tree limb fell on my garage during a windstorm and caused damage to the roof, gutter and one of the walls. A small tree branch also punctured the roof of the house. In looking for a contractor to repair the damage, I found Mike Higgins on Angie's list. He returned my call the same day, and came out the next day to inspect the damage and provide an estimate for repair. It was almost a month before the insurance adjustor examined the damage, and Mike kept in touch during that time. He was there to meet with the adjustor the day he arrived, and to discuss the needed repairs.  Supplies were ordered and the repairs began within the next 2 weeks. The workers were all courteous and did a great job of cleanup. They were patient with my questions, and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely call Higgins Construction again!

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."
