Project went extremely well. Every detail was done with care and thoughtfully executed. Communication was also wonderful. I highly recommended the team at Excel and would use them again on are next project.

I had a pretty unique project. I needed a good quality contractor to tackle in a short time frame. Bruce came out gave us a proposal that was fair honest and descriptive. His crew mobilized started our project. His day-to-day communication was impeccable. They actually finished the project ahead of schedule and under our initial budget and the work was absolutely outstanding. I wish I had more projects to do cause I loved working with this company.

It went very well! I have no idea how they did it but they turned my 5000$ Claim into a 65000$ claim and when it came time to do the work they came on time and did the work very efficiently. 10/10 would recommend them.

Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!

Our house got hit by last years hail storm, we met with a few contractors, we went with Excel based on the initial visit and a referral from a friend. Chris got the job scheduled quickly, replaced the roof and came back a week later to fix the siding issues. Everything went smooth and the work was great.
