Great communication! Rich provided me with every option available and then a competitive bid on the roof system I chose. Rich has excellent technology and product. knowledge. I awarded Tonka the job. The job took several days to complete. The crew are trained at installing lifetime roofs using the best quality products. They are skilled craftsman. Most of the crew has been with Tonka for many, many years. They take the time to do quality work. After the job was complete, everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Tonka Roofing"

"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"

We could tell you that we've been serving Bloomington and its surrounding communities for over 25 years and we have a great reputation and do great work. "Terrible. Eric Terry took my money; and he did not complete the work promised. The work that he did complete was subpar to mediocre. If you are considering this guy, move on. I'm out hundreds of dollars; and I had to hire someone else to do what Eric couldn't. Eric left putty filler on doors; he didn't clean the plumbing debris and filth under the sinks; he left caulking material and razor blades on the bathroom floor. Terrible and not trustworthy."

"Amazing experience. Everything from getting the very detailed bid from Kurt so we were clear on what to expect, to the crew that painted our house, was excellent. Communication with Clider the crew leader on what was going to be happening each day was great and it really all went as planned. They were helpful in choosing stain and paint colors too which I really appreciated. Everyone on the team was experienced and meticulous. They spent a lot of time prepping, which makes for a great paint job. I would say they went above and beyond. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of the day and everyone was very respectful. They also have a parternship with a great carpenter who came first and replaced some rotten trim. The house looks so beautiful, we are really pleased. Highly recommend Home Transformations."
