Tyler did a great job communicating with the estimating and the contract. e Roof was the best value of the 4 estimates I received. I really appreciated how they worked with me to get my project done quickly due to my unique needs. Chet my project manager communicated early and frequently during the project, very responsive. The workmanship was very good and I would definitely use them again.

This company is very easy to work with. Our first interaction was with Tyler, the consultant, who brought samples to our meeting. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. If they took breaks due to the extreme heat (which we support - the weather was close to 100 degrees all week), they would stay later to make up for the downtime. Well done, eRoof!

eRoof brought their "A game"! This roof company went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Tyler's responsiveness and knowledge is unparalleled and his communication on our behalf to the insurance company (I will not name the insurance company, but let's just say the insurance company was TERRIBLE throughout the process!) If it wasn't for eRoof/Tyler's steadfast support we would not have came out at the finish line of this ordeal to get a our new roof after obvious hail damage. Anybody who has the good fortune to partner with eRoof will not regret their decision.

The eRoof team is by far the best service we have ever received on any projects for our home. The way they stepped in and helped us navigate our insurance company was amazing. They fixed our roof in one day and were extremely thorough in the cleanup process. We were so impressed and highly recommend them to everyone.

Tremendous service from start to finish! Garret explained the process thoroughly at the beginning and communication was great throughout the project. All of my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The one thing that surprised me...after the roofing crew was completed, eRoof sent out a different supervisor who inspected all of their work. That demonstrates caring about their work product! I have already recommended eRoof to friends and family, and would definitely use them again!

They were very attentive. They kept me informed in all parts of the project, got my input and feedback. eRoof even debated with insurance and won reducing my out of pocket costs. They really did great work. There were 2 layers of shingles on the house so it took them 2 days to get it done. The garage was easier and took 1 day. They helped with insurance as well. Everything went smooth.

Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. I would recommend working with e-roof, especially for anyone new to home projects as Tyler can walk you through the process but not push anything on you if you're not interested. Easy to talk to and helpful in learning more about our roof/ home!
