We went with the largest gutters, because of our roof size, as recommended by Mid-State Seamless Gutters. The cost was less than the two other gutter companies I had do an estimate and I got larger gutters and better fasteners. The install crew showed up on time, were very professional, explain everything and cleaned everything up before leaving. Great job!"

The issue I was having trying to get it fixed was that the latter two jobs were too small to attract interest from other contractors, but Serg from JIS Pashur construction not only did a fantastic job outfitting my house with gutters, but because he has prior experience with siding/soffit/fascia, he was able to do my soffit/fascia project PLUS replace the wood trim, all under one quote. So instead of me having to seek out 3 different professionals, Serg was able to do it all. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of at once, and Serg did great work at a very good price. The work was completed very quickly, and Serg was excellent at explaining what my options were (including some less expensive options rather than pushing me toward higher priced options), and I really appreciated that. Everything about the project was really first rate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.
