Matthew arrived a couple of days later to fix a problem that was caused when I had my bathroom rehabbed. The original plumber had not installed it correctly and the tank always jiggled. "I contacted five plumbers asking for the estimated cost of replacing two bathroom faucets. Most companies responded by asking me to call them or by charging a fee to provide an estimate in person. Both practices gave the impression the companies were more interested in a sales pitch than quoting a fare market value for the project. BouVaag was the only plumbing company to respond to the initial inquiry with a cost estimate. Their plumber arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the project in a timely manner, and charged within the quoted estimate. An electronic invoice was sent a week later. Prepare to pay with a check as the company charges a fee for processing debit/card payments."
