Once we chose two roof colors we were interested in, Jeff provided us with houses in the area to look at to see how the roofs actually looked on houses. This was very helpful in making our decision. Capital got us on their schedule very quickly. The crew supervisor Azael was fantastic to work with. He explained about a dip in the garage roof and how they would fix it. It was reasonable, inexpensive, and we gave the approval. The crew completed the roof work in two days. They were prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They even came back a few days later and ran the magnetic roller around the house again. Our roof looks great, and we would highly recommend using Capital for your roofing project!"

"I called Buck after a recommendation from my neighbor to help me look at my older roof after a big storm and he was able to come out the same day! "Kim and his son did a great job replacing the EPDM rubber flat roof and patching/fixing the decking. There were some unforeseen issues that required resheathing the roof deck, which comes with the territory I suppose, but they were able to handle everything and still get the repairs done in about a day and a half. They seemed confident I could get insurance to cover it, but that was not the case so I had to cover it all out of pocket. In the contract I didn't see any type of warranty for work or materials. I had read that these rubber roofs could last up to 50 years, so when requested, Josh wrote in a 10 year workmanship warranty. Seemed strange to me I had to request it, but it has been over 2 years so far and it seems to be holding up, so that is good. Nice enough people, and I'm thankful they were able to take on the job, get it done in a timely manner, and maintain good communication throughout. This took place in the fall of 2021, which was during a booming time in construction and it was hard enough to find a company that would even call back, nonetheless one with experience with rubber/flat roofing."

"This was a 2 day challenging fascia replacement job involving a several person crew supervised by Lakewoods' owner, Shawn, and his right hand man, Ho. All the work was accomplished to my satisfaction in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. "A large tree limb fell on my garage during a windstorm and caused damage to the roof, gutter and one of the walls. A small tree branch also punctured the roof of the house. In looking for a contractor to repair the damage, I found Mike Higgins on Angie's list. He returned my call the same day, and came out the next day to inspect the damage and provide an estimate for repair. It was almost a month before the insurance adjustor examined the damage, and Mike kept in touch during that time. He was there to meet with the adjustor the day he arrived, and to discuss the needed repairs.  Supplies were ordered and the repairs began within the next 2 weeks. The workers were all courteous and did a great job of cleanup. They were patient with my questions, and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely call Higgins Construction again!

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"
