I originally hired them to install a gas line to my masonry fireplace and during the process Scott Kern, the owner, noticed that my boiler sounded like it was percolating which is usually caused by mineral deposits on the heat exchanger. I cleaned it with a soft brush and 2 days later noticed a leak. I called Scott the day before Thanksgiving with no heat or hot water (the boiler heats an indirect water heater) and he quickly generated a very competitive quote for a new, high efficiency boiler which they promptly installed the Friday after Thanksgiving.
