My experience with Ryan from Stier was wonderful! He was able to come out within 2 days and replace our water heater. Ryan and his assistant worked efficiently and were friendly every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Stier Heating and Cooling to friends and family. They have my trust and I’m very thankful to have worked with them.

We were very pleased with how quickly we were able to get an appointment. We just moved into the area, and searched for positive reviews before booking someone to do winter preventative maintenance on our furnace. Stier Heating & Cooling did not disappoint. They were on time, friendly, polite, and thorough. Ryan even helped me to set up a Nest thermostat which had been left behind in our house and was still registered to the previous owner. We will be recommending this company to our friends and neighbors!

Excellent service. I needed a humidifier installed on my furnace. They came on time- which is a great bonus. Ryan & associate were courteous, friendly, kind, and professional. The installation went very smoothly. The new furnace was up and running the first day. The water heater was up and running the next day. They were very neat and covered the flooring and cleaning up. Ryan is a professional and knowledgeable. His assistant Josh attended all his needs. Stier Heating and Cooling will now be my furnace maintenance company from this point forward.

It went very well. Our furnace wasn't running and they came out and got it started. Plus gave us quotes for new furnace and a/c of which we did need. They are both 32 years old.

My AC went out during the middle of the day in July. I called Stier Heating and Cooling and they were at my house within minutes. Ryan quickly and easily repaired my AC. 10/10 would recommend!

On one of the hottest days of the summer, my AC unit gave up the ghost. Since Stier replaced my furnace a few years ago and did an excellent job, that was who I called. Ryan came out and diagnosed the system with a failed compressor so we scheduled an entire system replacement. Ryan gave me a timetable and updated me daily, sometimes a couple times per day, and ultimately got me in a day early. The entire system was replaced including lines since the new 410 refrigerant runs at a much higher pressure. Ryan and his crew again were fast, neat and courteous and they cleaned up after themselves (a pet peeve of mine). The final price was very good at $2800 out the door. I HIGHLY recommend Stier Heating and Cooling.

2 days before Thanksgiving, with a house full of relatives, my furnace started to emit a bad smell outside (incomplete combustion).
I called Ryan (on hi cell) on a recommendation from a friend and Ryan said and quot;Shut off the furnace immediately, I'll be right overand quot;

• Ryan was at my house in less than 15 minutes and diagnosed the issue as a cracked heat exchanger which was spewing carbon monoxide into my home. Ryan's actions potentially saved my family as we could not smell it in the house.

Since I recently purchased the home and opted for the home warranty, a portion of the repairs were covered.
It turned out to be cheaper to replace the furnace with a new high efficiency furnace than to repair it. Ryan worked directly with the warranty company and had heat in the house the next day.
Ryan was very professional, courteous and prompt. He took away the cleaned bad unit and left the area cleaner than how he found it.
I will have him out here in the spring to go over my central A/C system.

He is very polite and clean.  Really seems to know his stuff and he keeps his prices reasonable. I've used his service three times in the past.
