"Four years ago, we hired Schutz to install a AC in our older 1960's tri-level home. This has been one of the best home improvement decisions I've ever made. Retro-fitting an older home with AC is no small feat! Yet Tony and his crew did an outstanding job. Not only were they professional and thorough in the installation, but they were impeccably clean as well. The AC they installed has kept us "cool as a cucumber" on many blisteringly hot summer days. When it came time for our old boiler to be replaced, it was a no-brainer to figure out who to call. Once again, Tony and his crew at Schutz did an amazing job of removing our antiquated system and installing a beautiful new boiler and new garage closet to enclose the unit. As before, his guys were professional, thorough, timely, courteous and CLEAN! We have been kept warm and cozy all winter long! I am happy to recommend this company."

"Bill was very pleasant and thorough when I spoke with him on the phone. He gave me the details of the job and the cost. Made the appointment for 10/15/2015. Bill was on time performed the work that was agreed on and did not try to sell us anything else. Bill showed my wife and I before pictures of the duct work. After the duct work was cleaned he showed us the after pictures, what a huge difference! Bill kept our house neat and clean while he did the work. They cleaned up any mess that they made, put everything back like it was or better. I would highly recommend them!

"I had one company come out to diagnose the problem. He quickly told me that the condenser outside was ruined and gave me a price to replace the unit. I called Toasty's and Michelle quickly got someone out to my house (it turned out to be the owner). He told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate. Not only was it HALF of what the other guy was charging, he was able to get me in the next day! I cannot say enough about Toasty's!! I will use them forever for all my HVAC needs."
