1st Heating and Cooling Co
About us
We are OPEN! Call us today for Virtual Sales Call! HVAC is a term in the construction industry that is not as understandable as some might think. For me the meaning is simple; it involves providing a healthy, safe, comfortable and efficient living environment for you and your family. With that being said, this industry has allowed me the opportunity to have a positive influence in people's lives which provides a great deal of satisfaction. I have been blessed to have a job that I have never thought of as "A JOB!". Even though there are many demands from owning this business these past 14 years, I am very thankful for this profession, the people I have gotten to meet along the way and the individuals I have been privileged to work with. In a time when it is getting difficult for companies, particularly service providers, to carve out points of comparisons from their competitors is the prices, location and service innovations that can be easily copied. The point of distinction that we have and is extremely important to customers, and very difficult for competitors to replicate; is our service quality. We are passionate about the quality and expertise of our work every day and feel that our services are invaluable. Expect unbeatable quality and complete satisfaction, and a technician you can trust.

"This one is difficult to understand. We received the call for service at 10:22am and we where out to the house at 5:14pm same day. The technician, in an effort to save the Customer money, cleaned and check the furnace completely at the same time freed up a stuck inducer motor. Total cost for this visit was $125.00. According to the technicians report, it stated this and also that they needed a new inducer even though he freed it up, it was drawing high amps and the bearings sounded bad. The customer at that time refused further service. ( she didn’t want to spend the money to replace it) The next morning she called back 8:26am and said again the furnace isn’t working. We ordered an inducer and returned on her instruction between 3-5pm ( so she didn’t miss work) and replaced the part. Not sure how we failed. When I read this review I immediately called to apologize and that conversation went poorly as well, However her furnace hasn’t failed since. I sincerely wish all the best for this women and feel for her future heating guy. All the best Ryan Bierl 1st Heating and Cooling Co."
"Hello Ms. [Member Name Removed] When I took your call the night before we came to your home I agreed to send the technician out for free in an effort to keep this relationship in good standing. Your insinuation that “ we must have screwed something up and “it was definitely our fault” was enough for me to give you the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived at your home it was clear that we had done nothing wrong and that unfortunately your condo pump has failed. At this point we feel justified charging you accordingly if you want us to continue to perform service. If you want the pump replaced, you will pay for the service call ($85) and then for the pump and installation.($140) You have and had every right to refuse service. At that point you would have been charged nothing. ($0) The technician at your home tried to help you, My service manager tried to help by you and then I had to get involved because somehow we were to blame for your problem. We are always here to help, not to hurt. If you felt as though we had a “Tone” about our conversations, I’m sure that you are correct. It is VERY difficult and frustrating dealing with someone who is unreasonable. Thank you for your business. And Thank you again for finding someone else for future service. P.S. The First time we came out to your home for basic routine maintenance, the situation was equally difficult."
