"My review for my service representative & the company MAXAIR LLC. Steve, was my representative for the service call and he arrived within the time slot that I was given. He was a very helpful & a nice guy. He got my humidifier working. As the digital panel had a light flashing to replacing the water panel on humidifier. He had the filter with him so he was able to replace the water filter panel. I set up a full service call on my furance. I was glad that I did that to get my furance ready for fall/ winter. He said showed me where to replace the furance filter. Then I decided to take advantage of the service plan that they offered. I was very pleased with my results through Maxx Air and Angi's List to help with my humidifier/ furance problem. Now I will be all set for my next visit."

"Had an attitude to begin, installed a gas valve (which I provided), drained the water heater but didn't divert the water out the side door with a hose(which I provided), forgot to turn water back on to tank, and didn't wave the service call like he said. Paid $355 for this and now I have to deal with the water heater he drained (without using the provided hose) soaking the hallway carpeting. Very pissed off"

"Bakeel Mohammed repair man was awesome he was there with in 1 1/2 after calling for service. He was very polite and professional. Came in he listened to my problem with the furnace went downstairs figured out the problem right away with the furnace. Explain things to me what he was doing. He had the furnace running again in less than 30 minutes. I would use this company again. It was a pleasure having this gentleman come after house to fix the furnace on a Friday night can’t say enough about him. "

"They did a great job installing a new hot water heater in 2015. In 2021, I noticed water at the base of the tank (possibly a problem with the drain valve). I filled out the online service request form but did not hear back. In the past three weeks, I have called the service line, and cell phone number listed on their profile several times. I was able to leave a message once (approximately two weeks ago). All other times the voice mailboxes have been full. I have not received any response to the online service request form, nor the phone message I left. It is disappointing and frustrating to spend 1k on a hot water heater, but then simply not to be able to reach anyone or get a callback. If the business is shuttered or overwhelmed for any reason, it would be professional and appropriate to post a message to that effect, at the very least."

"Reached out to AZA to schedule an estimate and was contacted within a day. Previously had bad experience with other contractors Fay and Mousa understood our concerns and answered all our questions. They also communicated with us in a timely manner, we always received a response within 24 hours or less. Gave us a fair price on our gutter system replacement and 2nd balcony roof repair.Their subcontractors were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves . We were so pleased we hired them again to repair our kitchen walls that suffered water damage from our roof leak. "
