Had some initial glitches at first but after we got going they made good on their promise. Had 2 complete A/C furnace units, 1 single furnace, 2 condenser units and 2 cooling coils put in. The installer technicians were excellent especially Noa. Scott Hardy was my salesperson and he and Alex Newman,the supervising technician are making sure that my project is being completed to my satisfaction (95% completed except for a few parts they?re waiting for and to be completed in a few weeks.). My special thanks to Scott for being there and helping me navigate the project!

For some time, I had suspicions of the presence of mold in my apartment to which I'd brought up to management on several occasions. With no outcome from it, I had decided to take matters into my own hands. Through extensive google searching, I was lead to Fleetwell Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing. The entire process took a total of about 9 hours and I couldn't believe how thorough their work was. Angi said they were local and OK for my wall furnace. They are in Tarzana across LA county and do HVAC repair. They insisted I pay them $90 up front to be subtracted from the final bill. the man they sent had no experience with wall heaters. He would do nothing until I paid $125 and then talked with a coworker on the phone for a half hour and did some cleaning and adjustment to no avail. He then said the next step was to replace the burner and I had to pay $425 up front for him to order the part. He came back the next day and said they sent the wrong part but he switched the wires on the pilot light and it is been working fine since then. I called them and said they must return my $425 because they did not replace the burner. American Express refunded it. I believe it is illegal to require full payment before doing a job and they never subtracted the $90 they said they would.

I couldn't afford a new AC at the time and needed my old one fixed. It's a large, expensive unit. I'm glad I found Fleetwell. They explained that the condenser was very old and needed to be replaced. They returned the next day and completed the work in no time. Courteous service too. Yes, I certainly recommend.
