"My experience with this company has been painless! I have never felt like they have tried to over sell me for my new furnace then repairs to my air conditioner. I appreciate it when they give me options and write up the differences in cost so I can make my own decisions on what I can afford. They are truthful. "I had one company come out to diagnose the problem. He quickly told me that the condenser outside was ruined and gave me a price to replace the unit. I called Toasty's and Michelle quickly got someone out to my house (it turned out to be the owner). He told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate. Not only was it HALF of what the other guy was charging, he was able to get me in the next day! I cannot say enough about Toasty's!! I will use them forever for all my HVAC needs."
