"Everything went great. The old hot water heater was removed and then the new hot water heater was installed where I requested it to be with all of the plumbing done in a neat professional manner. "THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEES THAT ARE A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME. THE CARPENTER WE HIRED AT THE SAME TIME WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK AND KNOWLEDGE, THAT HE HAS USED HIM ON OTHER JOBS HE HAS BEEN HIRED TO DO. "I had the best experience with Hecomo Heating & Cooling. My house's AC/heating system stopped working all of the sudden and the temperatures at the time were 90 degrees and up. I was desperate looking into many different companies. Many of them, came over to my house and did estimates at ridiculously high prices. Luckily, I found Hecomo. They came to my house, did an estimate and were ready to install my AC/heating unit very quickly and at a good price. Also, the customer service was great. "The owner was very responsive and came out to install the heat pump in a day. However, they had trouble configuring my echobee4 and took couple hours extra to do it. In fact, they still didn't configure it right and had to come back out couple weeks after. But they did try their best to fix the problem"
