They installed our AC system; that went fine. But several years later, when it needed repair. They came out and looked at the problem, and then ghosted me. They didn't return my multiple calls. When I finally got somebody else to come out to look at the problem, they told me that the warranty had just expired on the part that needed replacing. Putting 2 +2 together, Buric ghosted me to run out the clock on my warranty for the repair of the product they installed. Would you ever hire anybody who behaves like that???

I cannot find your name in our system for previous installations and I cannot find any voicemails regarding the matter either. Let's connect and see what went wrong here, because this is something that would be absolutely unacceptable and not who we are at all. If you've had to pay for another company to come out and repair a system that we installed, we will cover 100% of the cost. We do register all equipment after installation as well, so if the installation was recent, all parts would be covered by the 10 year warranty. Everything went great. My AC died and it was close to 20 years old so I wanted the whole unit replaced. I have 4 young kids so no AC in the summer was not a pleasant option. The owner came out on site the day we called and was able to have the new unit installed the next day. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past as an Insurance Adjuster. These guys exceeded my expectations and were very reasonable on price. I highly recommend using Buric Heating and Air Conditioning!

We initially called Davis and Davis when our A/C started blowing hot air. They came out three separate times, charged us money for repairs that didn't work, then decided we needed a full replacement for $4,500. We called Buric for a second opinion. Tom arrived on time, took 20 minutes to (correctly) find the problem, told us we didn't need a replacement, and repaired it for just over $400. It works great to this day. He pretty much restored our belief that honest technicians still exist in the world and saved us like $4,000. Only had one experience with them, but will always recommend them.

I like to research before choosing. I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I called Buric (on advice of friend/neighbor) when A/C wasn't working and I asked what to expect in their charges. The guy on the phone told me they charge a flat $95 (or $99?) for driving out here. So I asked if they charge by the hour or half hour. No, he said, by the job. He couldn't give me an estimate because he didn't know what was wrong. So, a technician came out and diagnosed my unit (which blew air but didn't get cold) as old & dead and needing replacement. So, in my mind, there was really there was no job outside of replacement. In their mind, they did a job by taking 10 minutes to look at the unit and tell me there was nothing to be done for it. So, instead of charging me $99 for coming out, they charged me $230 for coming out AND telling me the unit couldn't be fixed. That irritated me. Then I asked for a bid for new system. The guy went out and talked on the phone to his boss and come back with a written bid. I later compared it with my second bid from another co. Buric's bid was higher than the company I selected, but not enough to sway me if I had liked their way of doing business. However, the previous (over)charge, which was not explained by the guy I spoke to when I first called, left such a bad taste in my mouth I couldn't go with them. So that extra $130 they made cost them around $5000. I hope it was worth it to them. BTW, if I had gone with them, they would have subtracted the $230 from the bid, but I just couldn't get past it. So, I am not saying anything about the quality of their work--it may be just fine, but I don't like the way they did business.

"We're sorry to hear that this rubbed you the wrong way! Just to clarify on how we do our pricing, it is called flat rate, which is as you described. The cost depends on what is done and there is a specific price for each task/item. Like most companies, we do have a dispatch fee to come out. The diagnosis is an additional charge and since it did not take long to diagnose the issue, that is why our tech offered to subtract the amount from the replacement estimate. We do not always do this but it your case it was appropriate and is our way of being flexible when people are in need of replacement. We're sorry that this wasn't enough and at the end of the day, not everybody will like the exact way we do business, but we do try to be as fair as possible. The job went reasonably well. They completed it in a day and a half. The guys on site had a little trouble installing the high tech thermostat for the system, but their supervisor demonstrated real accountability when he showed up on a Saturday to make it right.

Called Buric's because the furnace stopped working. The temperature outside was 18 degrees and the temperature of the house was dropping quickly.
I called the number in the listing and Nick returned my call promptly. Greg came in shortly after and found the issue. It was a frozen condensation line that drips outside. He installed heater tape on the copper tube and the condensation pump started to work again. Problem solved in one day.

On a Saturday morning, while preparing for a large party in our home and temps were predicted to be in th 80s, we realized the AC was not working. We left a message on Buric's answering machine. They called back about 30 minutes later, and were at our house within 45 minutes after our discussion.The problem was quickly found and corrected.Buric replaced our AC about 8 years ago. They have returned about 4 times over the years for heating issues, which turned out to be minor.. We find Buric's very responsive, always pleasant and professional, and reasonably priced.

The Buric team did a great job of installing two new HVAC systems in our house at a reasonable price. This is a family run business, the owners of which take pride in their work and pay attention to detai. The Buric team was also able to add zoning our systems, where other contractors had said this would not be possible. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the team cleaned up nicely after itself. We had two babies in the house, and the team took care not to disrupt their sleep schedules.

THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEES THAT ARE A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME. THE CARPENTER WE HIRED AT THE SAME TIME WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK AND KNOWLEDGE, THAT HE HAS USED HIM ON OTHER JOBS HE HAS BEEN HIRED TO DO. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEIR WORK, THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME AND FAMILY, AND WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. SINCE THEY HAVE INSTALLED OUR SYSTEM, WE HAVE NOT HAD PROBLEMS OTHER THAT 'USER PROBLEMS' (I.E., NOT CHANGING FILTERS FREQUENTLY ENOUGH). HOWEVER, WHEN WE DO CREATE OUR OWN PROBLEMS, THEY HAVE RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY FRIEND OR NEIGHBOR.
