I called Carroll Mechanical for an estimate on a new high efficiency heat pump system. I met with a member of their team that clearly explained everything and helped to design a solution that worked for my family at a fair price. The install team arrived on time, they were very polished, and did a technically excellent job. The system is working really well and the whole family is comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for more - I’ll be using Carroll Mechanical as my go to HVAC contractor from here on out.

I recently had a HVAC and water heater installation by Carroll Mechanical, Cris Lopez and his team. They were very respectful of my home and professional throughout the install. I am grateful and appreciative of working with the owner on deciding the HVAC unit to be installed. I found him to be the consummate professional, a person of integrity, transparent, responsive to my questions and willing to work with me to gain my business. I highly recommend Carroll Mechanical.
