When my 20 year boiler system completely shut down in the middle of the night during freezing temperatures, I reached out to Carroll Mechanical. They were very responsive, provided same day service, and were able to get my system up and running in a timely manner. The technician was professional, polite, and took the time out to educate me on my system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local, reliable HVAC provider.

I called Carroll Mechanical for an estimate on a new high efficiency heat pump system. I met with a member of their team that clearly explained everything and helped to design a solution that worked for my family at a fair price. The install team arrived on time, they were very polished, and did a technically excellent job. The system is working really well and the whole family is comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for more - I’ll be using Carroll Mechanical as my go to HVAC contractor from here on out.
