Modern Mechanical pushes Lennox brand equipment, which is a solid product based on my research and what I have seen so far. The equipment (variable speed air handler, 17 SEER outdoor unit, water heater) were installed in about a week from the time of purchase. Installer was experienced, efficient, clean and thorough. A couple of issues came up during/after install - including the need for an upgraded thermostat (to control the advanced air handler), the need for a converter box due to existing old aluminum wire, additional duct work to handle added air pressures, loud initial air movement, etc. Each of these issues were identified and handled immediately by Modern Mechanical, at no additional cost to me. Also of note, during installation, my sump pump was inadvertently damaged. I notified Patrick, and within 1 hour a plumber from Modern Mechanical was at my door with a new pump and was promptly installed -- free of charge. I can't say enough about the company; great people, great products, excellent customer service."
