"I contacted Sean to repair my aging HVAC system. Although I have very little knowledge of HVAC, Sean was able to identify, explain, and plan the maintenance of my current system in language I understood and that seemed reasonable. Sean was very responsive via text during our scheduling and I'm happy with the expert level of detail he showed during inspection. I would highly recommend working with him or his team. Update: Sean came back out to resolve my filtration issues and also fixed some other problems that he noticed in the process without increasing the negotiated price. Again, Iâ m extremely satisfied with the work heâ s done and would recommend him for your HVAC needs."

"I am SO pleased with this experience with GAC and highly recommend them! OUTSTANDING information and research on our behalf by Kelly for estimate options and finding the best unit and price for our needs. Chris was very impressive when he came to our home for preparation of the HVAC air handler/heat pump installment. Top notch work by John and the GAC crew on the actual work putting in my unit. They gave us the option and were qualified to run/install a new wire for our electric needs to have all energy savings of the equipment. Easy scheduling with Monica and follow-up too. ALL the GAC staff were happy to answer our various questions in full detail so we understood everything in this project and could make informed decisions. GAC found a high quality unit (Bryant) that suited our needs AND qualified for a PEPCO rebate, which they quickly filed on our behalf. We have been customers for years with GAC for maintenance and with this install, plan to be for years to come."

"The job went reasonably well. They completed it in a day and a half. The guys on site had a little trouble installing the high tech thermostat for the system, but their supervisor demonstrated real accountability when he showed up on a Saturday to make it right."

"Carroll Mechanical delivered a 10/10 experience, from start to finish. From the first call, the Carroll Mechanical team demonstrated that they were knowledgable, ethical, and customer-first. First, they offered to help me troubleshoot, and they gave me some great tips that allowed me to try and fix the problem myself before they made a service call. As a not-so-handy guy, I realized that I needed the pros, so I requested on-site help. They immediately offered to come over on the day and time most convenient for me, and they spent time with me walking through the pros/cons of different HVAC options. Ultimately, the team explained the pros/cons of different remediation options, offered me an extremely competitive quote, and was transparent all along the way. I moved forward with a system replacement, which they were able to accommodate the same week(!!).
