And most importantly, the actual install of the HVAC equipment was very neat, tidy, and professional. Everything is level and lines up together, seams are sealed, wiring and piping is all neatly routed. A quality install matters more than what brand you choose, and these guys do a great job. I also want to mention that they continued working hard despite how it not only poured rain the day of my install, but the power also went out and they had to work in the dark for a little while."

They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work.
