As we were in sweltering heat with no AC , they installed a temporary window AC unit to help us tide over the next couple days, whilst we waited for the HVAC Lennox equipment. From quote to install was just within 3 days!! Everything was executed on schedule as planned and delivered as such. Shane and Steve are highly professional technicians who completed HVAC install within 8 hours. They cleaned up the area very well , tested the equipments and provided operational instructions. I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors."

"GAC came to our house, and in these trying times, face masks, gloves to evaluate our home and provide three options. And their proposal was the best we saw since we sought more than one. Their team came on time, and removed old system. Installed new system, and re routed system lines better than previous installer at no cost. Even insulated exterior lines and added additional protection for them. Leveled the compressor. And installed a better humidifier. All while in these trying times? Social distancing was maintained even when they walked me through the set up my Nest Thermostat, and system training. Face masks and gloves. Work area was clean and neat after they were done. We are so pleased with how GAC handled our job. Oh, and all the extra work they did? No additional cost for me. Part of the contract they offered me."

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
