MasterFix did a fantastic job, and I definitely plan to hire them again. This company prioritizes building relationships over simply maximizing profit. I needed an exhaust fan installed in a powder room, but the builder had put it in before installing the drywall. Remarkably, MasterFix managed to complete the installation without cutting into the drywall—a step most companies would have taken to increase costs. Instead, they focused on delivering quality work at a fair price.

I have four items that need to be replaced or repaired around the deck area. I hired MasterFix LLC from Angi, and he gave me a quote: one low price for completing three items or a high price for completing all four items. We agreed on the high price to finish all four items at once. However, during the work, he only finished three items and refused to do the last one. He said he hadn't examined the issue in detail previously and that it required a different professional. Despite this, he still wants to charge me the high price for the three items he completed, not the low price. He even threatened not to leave until he got paid the high price. I will not hire MasterFix again as he does not keep his promises.

Freddy is amazing! He is professional and trustworthy. I would say "Handyman" does not begin to cover what he does. He is an expert in all types of work, from repairs on a majorly damaged roof, to meticulous painting jobs, to appliance installations. I have hired Freddy many times for various properties and have him on speed dial - I wouldn't trust anyone else!

The service was done in just 5-10 minutes. 4 foot and 3 foot it is 2 measurements. Well it was fine for the cot at first. His personality was aggressive and said the he do everything. The fence is ugly even my neighbor told me that and I even told him that when he delivered the dishwasher that I don't want the fence and he needs to take it down. He's workmanship is crap, was not very strong and I even told him that. During his 3rd visit he even yelled at me and I don't like his attitude. I even got my shoulder injured because of the fence. He wanted more money for delivering the dishwasher but he didn't tell me how much would it be. He even harassed me by asking me where he will get the check for the fence

MasterFix provided an amazing customer experience. I received a call right away about my job. Freddy came the following day to do an estimate and was able to get the job completed the SAME DAY. Freddy worked with my schedule which was pretty busy on the day of the estimate. He called me when he was in the area to make sure I was back home from an appointment that I had that morning. He and his boys completed the job very quickly and efficiently. They were prepared with everything that was needed including lights, hooks, and even extension cords. He used what I had available and supplemented with items he brought. I received so many compliments from my neighbors about the lights. I would recommend MasterFix without hesitation.
