I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors."

We called several companies about estimates to replace our dual zone HeatAC units (1 for the second floor one for the first floor)  They came out to provide estimates and GAC was far and away the best in terms of professionalism and price. They measured everything and knew what they had to do - including correcting mistakes made by our builder 22 years ago.  The day of install 5 trucks arrived with 9 workers who were all superb, professional, and  clearly had the knowledge and expertise to do the job.  They protected our hardwood floors and our carpeting as they pulled out the old systems and installed the new systems. Six hours latter they cleaned up and were finished. Did I tell you they were wonderful. I wish all service providers were as good as these people. Would I use them again - YES!!!  Would I recommend them to my friends - YES!!!  Did I tell you they were Wonderful and Great ?

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "All correspondence with this company was top notch. Betty who I spoke to on Angie's list was knowledgable, fast, and very honest with services to save me money. She provided the installed cost of the thermostat I was interested in and even told me I could probably buy it cheaper online and they would install it for $150. This saved me about $100-$110. 
Betty sent me a message on Angie's list about 30 minute prior to Mike, the owner, arriving stating he was on his way.
Mike was nice, tolerated our yapping miniature dog that thinks he a St. Bernard, wore shoe covers, installed everything perfectly and neatly, checked the entire system, and gave me a "ball park" figure for a full replacement that is several thousand less than the last estimate we had several years ago.
I fully intend to use H&F in the future when we do get a full replacement.
