It was the end of the day on a Thursday and he was at my house in a little more than an hour. Lucky had the issue identified with 30 minutes and ordered the part which came in the very next day. He came first thing the next morning and installed and within 1 hour I was doing laundry again!! And no additional charge for weekend! Total cost including parts and labor was $255.
