One of their customer relation person known as Adam Shapiro first came and assess the project and then brought two of his team members who are very experienced about Airconditioner installation. The two gentlemen were very professional , punctual and very fast. How they were able to fit in the Air handler into a narrow cubicle space surprised me. Also, their price is more reasonable compared to others. This is a company that gives you the reassurance that they will always be there if there is any problem which I am very confident there will not be any issues. I am so glad I made the decision to have them install my AC, HVAC is not the kind of project you will ask any kind of engineer or technician to install. "Called Buric's because the furnace stopped working. The temperature outside was 18 degrees and the temperature of the house was dropping quickly. 
I called the number in the listing and Nick returned my call promptly. Greg came in shortly after and found the issue. It was a frozen condensation line that drips outside. He installed heater tape on the copper tube and the condensation pump started to work again. Problem solved in one day.

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation.
