Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company

It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. I was always called a "valued" customer by their people. No wonder, I finally got around to shopping for oil and found a local reputable heating oil supplier and service for slightly over $1 less per gallon! Service was fine but given what I now have I was paying far more for EQUAL service. This is a large conglomerate of bought up oil companies. Not even local to me.

Arizona Rug Co. recently completed cleaning and restoring our rugs for us and we could not be more impressed with the quality of their work. The older and larger of the rugs no longer looks 42 years old. I recommend, as a designer, taking care of quality rugs in order to enjoy them fully. It also needs to be said that this company has a varied selection of rugs available from the well stocked showrooms, both in Tempe and Scottsdale, with knowledgeable sales staff.

I was a loyal customer for 20 years. However, this winter they let my oil heater run dry and then charged a full $1.25 a gallon more than the previous delivery to fill me up. When I called other dealers in the area, none of them had raised there prices. To add insult to injury, when I called to complain they kept me on hold for at least 30 minutes and offered to give me a 50 cent reduction on the Fuel that they had gauged me for. I switched to Rydel Fuel and so far am quite happy.

They come quickly, they are always very nice. They have a lot of experience, they have a lot of training compared to others. I got it to work, I was super happy to see that. They said they will use it for another project for another customer. They did handle that, they didn’t make us pay for the time it took. It took them a little longer and they did not charge us for the other time, which was nice.
