I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. "The quality of the work was excellent! I was very pleased with how careful they were with my furniture, drop clothes, clean-up, and putting everything back afterwards. They arrived pretty much on time and were done in the time estimated. The paint job was very professional and looks great.
There were a few little glitches, but nothing that would stop me from using them again. First, I had to follow up a few times to establish the date. I also had the trim and ceiling repainted, too, and we had a misunderstanding about the estimate for that work. But I felt the person I dealt with was very fair in resolving it. He then repaired the water-stained areas in the ceiling (involving treating or replacing damaged/discolored areas as appropriate) and allowed the products used to dry. Finally, he applied two coats of paint over the entire ceiling. The entire job was finished in less than a day."
