There were a few little glitches, but nothing that would stop me from using them again. First, I had to follow up a few times to establish the date. I also had the trim and ceiling repainted, too, and we had a misunderstanding about the estimate for that work. But I felt the person I dealt with was very fair in resolving it. "Mr. Mendez was very professional. He gave me a detailed quote, always came to meet me when he said he would, he and his team were great, the job was finished quickly, and the house looks fantastic. We have already asked him to give us a quote for interior painting, I would highly recommend him. We live in Arlington, our front porch and back deck railing was rotting, a good deal of trim was also rotting in various places around the house (windows, doors, pillars all had pieces that needed replacing), paint was peeling, and there was some brick work that needed some repairs. He and his guys power washed the house, cleaned the gutters, scraped, painted, replaced trim, completely rebuilt deck railings, rewrapped pillars/posts, and painted the brick, rails, and trim. Bruce, the painter assigned to do the work, started by putting up plastic sheeting to completely cover and protect the kitchen cabinets, cupboards, and appliances as well as to seal off the entrances to the rest of my condo. He then repaired the water-stained areas in the ceiling (involving treating or replacing damaged/discolored areas as appropriate) and allowed the products used to dry. Finally, he applied two coats of paint over the entire ceiling. The entire job was finished in less than a day."
