Lane and Sons Painting did a great job finishing the drywall, sanding, priming, and painting my unfinished garage. They showed up on time and worked hard. Also, pricing was fair. Would highly recommend Lane and Sons Painting and would use them again.

They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Mr. Lane was honest and explained what would done. He and his crew were respectful to my wife and I and to our property. Extremely pleased!

I cannot rave ENOUGH about the GREAT job that Leonard and his crew did for me. No touch up was too small and the work was GORGEOUS! They matched previous paint colors. They painted ceilings (you couldn't even tell there had EVER been any problems from leaks). They showed up on time every day and worked HARD. I was amazed at how quickly the work was completed.

We had Leonard paint the foyer to our new home after we moved in. I think I made him nervous with the blue color that I picked. But it looks amazing! It makes me happy every time I walk up the stairs to bed. We had him over twice to give us estimates on our rooms. He was honest, and kind, and his co worker Linda is very responsive. We plan on using his company again (and will only ever use his company for painting projects and whatever else he does). I think it's important to find contractors that you trust and he is definitely one of them.

We used Lane and Sons to do some interior painting of our new townhouse before we moved in - including painting over flat paint in kitchen, laundry area and 3 bathrooms with eggshell, and painting our garage and our second floor storage room. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work within our time frame (after settlement and before movers arrived), as well as coordinating their painting of our storage room with laying down flooring in that room. They were professional and cleaned up well after they completed their work. I highly recommend them.

The entire experience was great, I am already considering additional projects where we can use their assistance.

Mr Lane came to my home and I described the work I was looking to be done. In a couple days I received a written estimate. I original thought he Work was going to take 3 days but they were done in 1.5! They would arrive at 630a and work til 3p. Very clean. I would use again and not shop around.

They did an excellent job drywalling an entire old house to cover wood paneling and crumbling plaster. Team was very quick, professional, and neat for a reasonable cost. Added in some demolition work too for a nominal amount.

Leonard & his team are one of the few contractors that we would hire again. They were all professional and polite with excellent quality workmanship. The crown molding is just about flawless with well matched joints and no gaps anywhere, including the vaulted ceilings. The painting, which included a 2 story foyer is very well done. The 2 coats are applied evenly with consistent coverage and color. Leonard was especially patient as we chose colors for the several rooms. The crew was curtious and hard working. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work areas and made sure that there was nothing to spill or trip over. The work was done as scheduled, with the exception of 2 snow days and the addition of several additional tasks that were fairly priced. We highly recommend Leonard and his team, and will gladly use them again.

Excellent. Bruce, the painter assigned to do the work, started by putting up plastic sheeting to completely cover and protect the kitchen cabinets, cupboards, and appliances as well as to seal off the entrances to the rest of my condo. He then repaired the water-stained areas in the ceiling (involving treating or replacing damaged/discolored areas as appropriate) and allowed the products used to dry. Finally, he applied two coats of paint over the entire ceiling. The entire job was finished in less than a day.

It went better than we expected. Usually we are disappointed when we hire work to be done on our house. But Leonard Lane's crew did a very good job.

The job went extremely well. Mr. Lane, who visited to see the scope of work so he could prepare an estimate, was very friendly, cheerful, and courteous. Of the five contractors I asked to submit estimates, he spent the most time looking over the area to be painted, discussing the work with me, and describing how it would be done. He was willing to use the brand (McCormick) and finish (eggshell) of paint I preferred (not all the contractors I asked were). His emailed estimate was accurate and detailed in describing the scope of work. After I accepted the bid, the job was scheduled in a very reasonable time. Once the work started, Alex (the crew chief for my job) and his crew performed the work neatly, efficiently, and professionally, including moving, covering, and returning furniture to its place as required; covering all exposed floor areas with tarps; removing and reinstalling electrical cover plates; patching nicks, cracks, nail pops; taping around the trim; and sanding the walls as needed before starting. The whole job was done in two consecutive days, start to finish, and Mr. Lane stopped by both days to assess the progress. I could not be more pleased with the results.
