"I called Campbell Moving and set up an appointment for a representative to come by our house two days later to provide us with an estimate for a multi-stage move. I needed some furniture moved into storage almost immediately, and other furniture would be moved into another residence several weeks in the future. The estimate was very detailed and I thought it was very reasonable so I schedule the first move for the following week. Joel and Juan showed up right on time and they meticulously padded and packed all of our furniture going into storage. They moved the furniture into the truck quickly and efficiently, and then travelled 2.5 hours to our storage unit. They loaded up the storage unit and carefully organized the furniture to maximize the use of the space within the storage unit and also facilitate the relocation of some furniture to an apartment while our new home is being built. Every aspect of our initial move went flawlessly! The initial meeting for an estimate was scheduled at our convenience and on short-notice. The move was also scheduled on very short notice to accommodate our schedule. Our furniture was padded and wrapped to make sure that no damage would occur. "I'm having trouble finding the right words to describe our experience with Potomac Moving Company, but "amazing" and "game changers" come to mind. This was an interstate move (DC to PA) in less-than-ideal conditions (we had to move an adult family member out of the apartment). The crew, Roberto and Harry, were empathetic, caring, and incredibly efficient with packing, loading, and unloading the one-bedroom apartment. I spent the day worrying (needlessly) that the storage unit I had rented was too small. The crew fit all of the items neatly and safely into a 5x10' unit with room to spare.
