I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. "It took a couple of days to complete because there were a lot of cabinet doors and drawers and the winter weather was not cooperating, but they were able to complete the job and it looks great. The finish came out very well, my guests were surprised when I told them it was spray painted, it looks like a factory finish. A two man team did the job and they arrived on time and left the area clean every day. I provided my own paint from Benjamin Moore."

"They did a decent job at staining my deck, but they missed a few spots. I asked the owner to address this issue and he said he would send his folks to take care those spots. Unfortunately, no one ever came do those touch ups. Overall, follow up was poor and non-existent based on my experience. This is an update on my previous review. The owner reached out to me and apologized for the delay in the touch up work and promptly came back and completed the touch ups personally. Overall, I'm happy with how my deck looks. Based on this and my interaction with the owner, I do believe that this company cares about its customers' satisfaction and that my initial experience may have been an exception rather than the norm."
