Very good work, job done perfectly

The work on my deck was very quick and well done, and adjustments were made smoothly. The management was excellent and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Joist. I have already passed their information around to neighbors!

The project turned out great, they were very helpful and started the task and completed it that same week.

The team at Joist Construction are first rate! Tianan and company are all highly professional at what they do. Fernanda took great care in scheduling and making sure we were informed every step of the process--especially when we changed some of the design features for our deck. Tianan was brilliant to work with--his proposals were detailed and thorough. Every item was singled out on the proposal--I knew what I was paying for. Every other vendor lacked this kind of information and even though Joist was not the lowest cost, I felt I got more than my money's worth. I've had my new deck for a month now and I love it. I love the composite flooring and the privacy walls a lot. I also love the rails and solar lights on my steps. In other words, Joist Construction was just PERFECT and you really don't need to shop around when it comes to a deck vendor!

Everything was great. Tainan and his team were very responsive and made sure working closely with us to truly translate our vision into a a beautiful front porch. I don’t think we could have found a better contractor. This was already the second project we did with Tainan and I am sure if we have another one we will work with him again.

I could not be more impressed with the new deck that Tainan and his crew built for us. The price was very reasonable considering we added in some extras, they got the job done within a week of hiring them, and they paid tons of attention to detail. Their quote even had a picture of our house with a computerized graphic of what the deck would look like. The workers could not have worked any harder, arriving at 7:00 and leaving at 5:00 each day. They even asked if they could work on a Sunday to get the job done quicker. All in all, they finished in three full days. They cleaned up after themselves and the new deck looks amazing. My husband is a perfectionist and very picky with contractors, almost always finding some mistake in their work, and even he thought the job was done perfectly. I would absolutely use them again. My 3rd floor deck was way overdue for some major maintenance, and I wanted to go composite, but first I had to find the right contractor to install it. After much searching I settled on the great guys from Joist Construction. They were communicative, affordable and available to start almost right away. Their crew pulled out all of the old boards, brought up all of the new composite wood, and replaced the whole deck in ONE day! They also replaced a joist that was in bad shape and did an excellent job navigating several deck floor penetrations, including uninstalling and reinstalling a lattice that keeps them out of sight. Overall I was incredibly impressed with their speed and attention to detail. Could not ask for nicer guys who went above and beyond to make the experience painless!

I have been looking for someone to install outdoor stairs for a very long time, I was about to give up, but Tainan saved the day. The process was smooth and painless. So, I applaud him for his time and dedication. He did an awesome job and, I highly recommend his services.
