"C& Painting is a family owned business and is outstanding. They stained the siding of our redwood house, painted all of the windows on the outside and stain the top and bottom of a large raised deck. They were always on time with a smile and a happy demeanor all day long. The preparation for staining and painting was done with particular care to use the best products that were compatible with the various stains and paints and was meticulously done paying attention to every detail. By the way, none of the windows were painted shut. Five stars is not enough to describe this very special painting company. The owner and his wife are very talented and the job was fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use them again for any painting job."

"I was very impressed with the service and work performed by Jeff Sellers, owner, and the crew at Merrifield Paint and Design. After scheduling an appointment, Jeff arrived on time to provide a free estimate. He assessed the work I needed done and shortly thereafter, he provided a written/typed estimate via email. He was low pressure, professional, and courteous. After comparing a couple of proposals/estimate, I decided to go with Merrifield. I was not disappointed. His crew was able to schedule a start date within a reasonable amount of time. He emailed me a day or two before to inquire whether the crew could start work. After giving them the go-ahead, they arrived on time and promptly got to work. The crew was professional and courteous. I was running late and had trouble getting out of the house one morning during the project and they were patient and professional, while waiting for a few minutes for me to leave for work. They finished painting the exterior trim and power washed on one day; and painted a large interior room/ceilings and hallway the next. I was impressed with the workmanship and both the inside and outside look great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

"Mr. Mendez was very professional. He gave me a detailed quote, always came to meet me when he said he would, he and his team were great, the job was finished quickly, and the house looks fantastic. We have already asked him to give us a quote for interior painting, I would highly recommend him. We live in Arlington, our front porch and back deck railing was rotting, a good deal of trim was also rotting in various places around the house (windows, doors, pillars all had pieces that needed replacing), paint was peeling, and there was some brick work that needed some repairs. He and his guys power washed the house, cleaned the gutters, scraped, painted, replaced trim, completely rebuilt deck railings, rewrapped pillars/posts, and painted the brick, rails, and trim. They did some interior painting; power-washed a brick walkway; power-washed and painted a wood deck; replaced some rotten retaining timbers under a deck (a truly difficult job); and made various other small repairs around the house. They came within the promised window, and the work was careful, detailed and flawless. One of the projects had to be revised mid-course, and the adjustment to the bill was fair and reasonable. They take great pride in the quality of their work. We will turn to them again for future projects."

"It took a couple of days to complete because there were a lot of cabinet doors and drawers and the winter weather was not cooperating, but they were able to complete the job and it looks great. The finish came out very well, my guests were surprised when I told them it was spray painted, it looks like a factory finish. A two man team did the job and they arrived on time and left the area clean every day. I provided my own paint from Benjamin Moore."
