Carlos and his team are outstanding in job performance and their approach to work. They showed up on time as promised and completed the job as promised. They are neat, clean, attentive to your personal belongings, and clean up when the job is done. Very pleasant to work with.

I contacted Carlos to get an estimate on painting my basement living area, basement bathroom, kitchen, and master bathroom. Within a few days of my request came to my residence, inspected the painting and carpentry work that needed to be done. Within a few days of his visit, his estimate was found in my inbox. It was so reasonable that I saw no reason to get any other bids. The better part of the first day Carlos and his crew carefully covered the furniture, fixtures, and flooring. The quality of the painting was excellent (no streaking, paint blobs, or poorly covered areas.). A steady hand applied the paint where the walls met the ceiling and the walls met the baseboard. Carlos also fixed some problems with the baseboards and shoe moulding. After Carlos and his crew finished I could not find one speck of paint on the furniture or floor. Each day the team showed up at rhe exact time they said they would arrive. They worked steady each day and were fully committed to my project. (no juggling of my project with other projects) Carlos is courteous, patient and gives off the vibe of "what can I do to give my customer complete satisfaction."

AW Painting has done several jobs at my house. This time Carlos and crew repaired drywall and painted. Outside they pressure washed the patio, deck, front porch and driveway plus prepped and painted porch metal railings. As usual, workmanship is excellent and price is fair.

This is our second project with Carlos, Mario and Mario from AW Painting. They did some interior painting; power-washed a brick walkway; power-washed and painted a wood deck; replaced some rotten retaining timbers under a deck (a truly difficult job); and made various other small repairs around the house. They came within the promised window, and the work was careful, detailed and flawless. One of the projects had to be revised mid-course, and the adjustment to the bill was fair and reasonable. They take great pride in the quality of their work. We will turn to them again for future projects.

Carlos and his team were wonderful to work with -- friendly and helpful at every step of the way. They were good problem solvers when any unusual issues arose and dealt with everything so I didn't have to. They even fixed some unrelated issues (for example, a door falling off its hinges) at no extra charge. And after they'd finished everything, when I forgot to include a task in the original job, Carlos came back with his crew a couple of weeks later for a few hours to do this for me. Truly above and beyond. They painted the exterior of the house and much of the interior as well.

The work of AW Painting was superb in repainting our kitchen, our large family room (with a cathedral ceiling), and an entry way. We received a detailed written estimate within two days of a visit from Carlos, the owner, which AW Painting honored. They started when promised and came each day when promised and cleaned up before they left for the day. They did impeccable work, including in areas one would not normally see, and each member of the team clearly took great pride in his craft. They corrected, without quibble, the usual small nits that arise in every home project. When we had some additional add-on repair projects other than painting. AW Painting provided a fair price and handled them wonderfully. We felt completely comfortable allowing them to work while we were away, which probably was best for everyone involved! When the project was finished, they carted away everything, rather than leaving us to deal with empty cans and other trash. We absolutely will hire AW Painting for any future projects.

The project was done in a very professional manner. Multiple projects were done including wood repairs and painting of windows, overhangs and rebuilding of the rotted porch. Also deck staining and sealing. No job was too difficult for this talented company! They were friendly and accommodating! We give our highest praise and will have them back whenever we need work!
