"Wilbers Painting company did an excellent job painting my gutters/downspouts and trim around my front door. I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. "Rogelio Rodas and his team are extremely punctual, professional and meticulous about their work. I hired them to pressure wash my townhome (corner unit) and the deck. They then sanded and stained the deck, replaced all of rotted wood trim and parts of the wood garage door, and painted all exterior trim (including windows) and the front door. The house looks great and I’ve received many compliments from neighbors. I will definitely rehire Rogelio and his team."

"Very messy painters, seemed like someone who was taken off the street to paint. Paint splatters on floors. Painted deck, do not believe they used the amount of the pre paint solution I had bought and did not do two coats, I bought 2 gallons of deck paint from sherwin williams and they didnt even use one whole gallon, did not paint one of the deck post that was in the ground. Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"The owner came for a free estimate and explained all that would be done. He was very personable and down-to-earth;  his demeaner was sincere . He did not require any down payment for the work. He contacted the company who initially stained my deck to find out the exact products and stain color that was used since it was important to me that the same color be used.  I don't think any other company would have done that; they would have made the owner do it. I was impressed!  I asked for references of previous work he had done and I was sent 4 names, email addresses and phone numbers of previous clients and their  responses were all excellent. The workers came the day they said they would and performed all of the job as scheduled.   I found some areas where the stain had not taken as well and they returned right away to resolve the problem to my satisfaction before any payment was accepted. The owner also stopped by afterwards to observe the work done and make sure it was satisfactory.

"They did a decent job at staining my deck, but they missed a few spots. I asked the owner to address this issue and he said he would send his folks to take care those spots. Unfortunately, no one ever came do those touch ups. Overall, follow up was poor and non-existent based on my experience. This is an update on my previous review. The owner reached out to me and apologized for the delay in the touch up work and promptly came back and completed the touch ups personally. Overall, I'm happy with how my deck looks. Based on this and my interaction with the owner, I do believe that this company cares about its customers' satisfaction and that my initial experience may have been an exception rather than the norm."
