We knew he was perfect for our project. He detailed the timelines with estimated production expectations very clearly. Very easy to work with and always a professional and a class act. His team led by Baggi work extremely efficiently. They get a lot done in a short amount of time but they do not rush. Very thorough operation with much communication with us when needed. The team has expertise in all aspects of the kitchen renovations from tear down to cabinet install, plumbing, electrical, and counter top if needed. Even a few extra repairs here and there also. Baggi and his team worked through a few hardships with the cabinet pieces arriving at the wrong size and his crew's handy craftmanship fixed potential issues we would have had. The work team was always very polite and courteous. The work space was cleaned every day upon leaving. Jorge would come in often if not daily at times to review the progress and was always available for oversight. He was also easily available via phone whenever we needed him. Any questions we had along the way were always given the due consideration. Very thorough team. We're happy we got to know Jorge who is a very professional and respectful person who we trusted with every phase of the install. He made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Since our first interactions with Naveed he was very accommodating to our needs and his estimate for the work came quickly and at a very competitive rate. "The whole episode with remodeling the shower was a nightmare for us in the first place as we hadn't planned on it. There was a leak which was traced to the shower liner and that meant it all had to be ripped out. Allen was gracious to move around his schedule and work quickly with us and made this craziness more bearable.
Allen does amazing work! We've hired him before for other projects and have always been completely satisfied. He communicates exceptionally well on how the project is going, what else he needs to do, and additional options to make it look and function perfectly. He helped us find reasonably priced tile, gave us his professional advice on grout, and showed us pictures of various finishings in his home that he uses and recommends. 
He also worked around the nap schedule of my children or at least front loaded all the noisy work to earlier hours. Since we were in a time crunch too, he worked Saturdays and did the tile nearest the door section first so the glass door could be measured and cut quickly for an earlier install date.
Additionally, he moved the temperature control to a reasonable height, installed a diverter, and installed a ceiling rain shower. He hand cut all the tiles for the floor and explained to us what different materials were available to reduce the possibility of mold since it is a basement shower. 
Fair warning too - he will unlikely be your cheapest quote but I've had a few experiences with the cheapest (or cheaper) quote and prefer Allen's pricing and quality any day of the week."
