"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"They came out to measure and look at the surface of the tub and the tile first then provided me with the price and contract.  I scheduled the appt at at point with someone in the ofiice. "Tracey is a great front person to work with for estimating and scheduling the work. She was reachable, responsive and caring. Projects involved 1) opening an entry from hallway to bathroom and installing a door (that was a major project), 2) converting a walking closet to a den including patching up the walls and the carpet, and adding a power outlet, 3) installing a ceiling light fixture in family room, 4) fixing a couple of bedroom doors, 5) painting a few areas, and 6) installing a dimmer switch. Hugo, Tuan and Jeremy showed up on time. They were highly professional, personable, caring, and very pleasant to work with. They worked on the above projects at the same time and after one and a half days, the place looked great. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure all issues are addressed. We were very happy with the outcome and will definitely hire them again."
