They were very professional, helped us make a decision, came out to measure and delivered the product ON TIME. "The Porcelite folks showed up on time and quickly completed the work needed.  However, there was some confusion about what cleaners could be used on the new resurfaced tub as well as the texture of the non-slip surface installed on the tub's bottom.  Porcelite quickly clarified which cleaners could be used and offered to sand down the non-slip surface to make it smoother if I so desired, which I eventually decided not to do.  Overall, good experience.
