She was right--after shopping around for a granite or quartz countertop for our guest bathroom remodel, Pyramid Granite had the best selection AND best price. We were looking for something that would coordinate with existing tile in the bathroom and it was easy to find several choices at Pyramid. They were very professional, helped us make a decision, came out to measure and delivered the product ON TIME. We ultimately settled on granite and our countertop is gorgeous--we will definitely be coming back when we remodel our primary bathroom! Ask for Temon--he is great!"

His attention to detail was much appreciated - they painted the interiors of the closets and did a very thorough job throughout our new home. We love our new hardwood flooring - he did a great job of matching the finish of the engineered hardwood on the lower level with the hardwood flooring on the upper levels. "Small mix up in scheduled time of arrival . Brian was very courteous and friendly . Kitchen install was very difficult due to rusted pipes and calcified washers. Even faced with tight spaces and very difficult rust, Brian persevered with out cursing or quitting . Thus showing great professionalism . The up stairs bath was similar in install , but all work was done in a timely manner which was a concern of the installer. He would explain that due to faulty original installation ( which he showed me first) why the job would take the time estimated before he began. Nice touch."

"I had several repairs I needed done and called to see if Omar's would come for an estimate.  The person on the phone was very professional and gave me an appointment based on my limited availability.   Omar himself came out and walked through our house and made notes for the estimate.  A day later I got the estimate via email.  I decided to postpone most of the work for reasons not related to Omar's and asked if Omar's would just do part of the job, namely the garbage disposal install.  I was worried that perhaps the job would be too small, but they said OK.  On the appointed day, the member of Omar's staff arrived at the exact hour.  He was extremely professional and took time to cover the work area in paper to not damage the tile.  He was obviously knowledgeable and worked quickly.  At one point, he found he needed a $3 replacement part and he went to Home Depot and bought it and came back within 20 minutes.  Everything works fine now.  

Overall, I was very impressed with both the quality of the job and the professionalism of the staff.  They certainly deserve the A.  I will be using Omar's again."
