They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. They even went above and beyond with the dirt that was removed from both driveways and placed it in the back yard were we are having problems with low spots and pounding of water. "I called Rene on March 14th. He came out a couple of days later to look at all of the projects that needed to be done so he could give me an estimate. 

We agreed on a start date of April 23rd. Rene and his men came out as scheduled. In the basement they removed the popcorn ceiling (took down all of the drywall), replaced it with new drywall, smoothed out the surfaces, and primed/painted. Outside, they removed the old wooden staircase and put together a new one. They also removed a concrete path and hauled away the old materials.

The entire job took a week. Rene and his entire crew were professional, kind, and focused on getting the job done. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing silimar work done.
