E.R. Roofing installed hardiboard siding on my house and new windows throughout the house. They were careful and professional in every way. The quality of the work is second to none. The pricing was very fair. And the after-the-job customer service has been nothing but over-the-top. Elliott is responsive and cares about his customers, which is why he will be the one to install the next roof on my house when it is time to do so. I can't say enough good things about E.R. Roofing.

Elliott and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. However, the roof tiles are guaranteed for 50 years, so I will update this review 49 years from now. I had the time to get eight estimates. The lowest estimate was from a company that was very unprofessional. Three of the bids were competitive in the lower range and I chose ER Roofing because of the price, previous reviews and his approach. The crew of men and women showed up at 7 a.m. each of the two days and worked hard in cold and windy conditions. Elliott was very low pressure--and knowledgable. Everything agreed to was delivered. There are some good choices and some very scary ones in the roofing business in suburban Maryland. My experience with ER Roofing was a very good one.

Elliott and his team at E&R Roofing replaced three custom skylights in spring 2019. Elliott provided an accurate estimate for cost and custom ordering date. The team delivered and installed without a hitch in one day. The paint job inside was perfect. All of the staff were professionals. We had hoped to have another custom skylight for our bathroom installed, but repeated attempts to contact failed. With the skylight work done, we were extremely satisfied with the workmanship and cost.

Honest, efficient and very reasonable. No nickel and diming. Other roofers want to charge you extra for any and everything. I've had ER replace two roofs for me so far and I would absolutely use them again! Elliott is great to work with.

Claimed the deal from E R Roofing on Angie's List ($5,900 for entire roof). Called them to arrange a meeting to review the job, timeline, etc. They didn't show up. Send them couple emails to remind them - no response. Not sure why one would post the deal if they had no intention to honor it.

Fixed what I needed and went above and beyond cleaning and repair.

Top-notch service. From the first visit with providing an estimate, Elliott worked with me to ensure the roof installation was going to exceed my expectations. His crew was diligent and very professional. Service always exceeds trying to save a couple of bucks. Highly recommended and no need to bring in others for estimates, he's the best for quality, installation, and service.

Very good experience. The contractor was responsive with communications and provided a competitive and fair price. No surprises in doing the work, he replaced a broken skylight and repaired displaced shingles on my detached 3-car garage. Professional in his approach and conduct, provided a quote and competently did what he said he would do. I plan to hire him in the future as projects arise.

Communication was excellent during the estimation process. They understood our needs, were flexible in when they did the work and did a first class job, leaving everything clean and tidy when they left.

Bill did a wonderful job! The work was extensive and detailed but Bill did this with ease. We didn't think we could get a roofing company to come out and just caulk. Repair areas were large and extensive. Note: we were able to caulk the siding at the bottom of the house but could not reach the roof line and higher areas (we needed to enclose loose siding as mice were entering the home under the siding). We were surprised to see one person arrive because the job was so extensive. But Bill covered all areas professionally and efficiently, with a smile! He was easy to work with and very friendly. No fear of asking questions and no stress. We are so pleased with the work!! The Littles

ER roofing did a few of our neighbors roofs. Everyone was happy with their service and I decided to get a quote from them too. I was happy with the way they explained the process. They did everything they said they would do and I was happy with the clean up. There was one damaged shingle that I asked them to come back and change. They came out the next day to fix it.

I was referred to E.R. Roofing. We were in a bind and needed to have our roof changed before settlement on our house. They were able to come out the next day and have the roof completed a few days after. They were easy to work with, did what they said they would do and delivered a complete roof in time for our settlement

It went well. They came out did it. No complaints. It will be eight years in October and we are having issues with the roof. Unable to get in touch with the company.

Well done roof replacement. Crew arrived early and finished the same day. House is 3 stories, so they provided pictures of the roof after job was completed. I would recommend them based on high quality, outstanding professionalism, and great value!

We have a large steep roof. E.R. Roofing was able to tackle the job with no problem. It was a multiday project and they took steps to ensure everything was protected at night. There were no surprise's and everything went according to plan

They replaced a very large roof with complex hips and valleys. Roof was damaged due to hail. Their bid was not the lowest and not the highest, but within the insurance coverage. They were prompt and professional with the scheduling. They showed up on time and worked late into the evening every day. They estimated the job at 3 days for the roof plus an additional day for gutters. They completed the work on schedule and with excellent quality. They cleaned up every day and left nothing behind after the work was completed. Payment terms were reasonable and accommodated the insurance process.

I contacted them in the spring when I was waiting for my house purchase to go through, which wasn’t happing till September. I worked with elliott on locking down a price then and holding it for when I got into the new house. As promised, E.R. held their end of the bargain and completed my roof and gutter replacement last week per our discussing in the spring. The guys did a great job, the roof and gutters look good and the clean up was great too!
