Pyramid was recommended to us by a friend who has done a lot of remodeling and has priced granite in many locations in the area. She was right--after shopping around for a granite or quartz countertop for our guest bathroom remodel, Pyramid Granite had the best selection AND best price. We were looking for something that would coordinate with existing tile in the bathroom and it was easy to find several choices at Pyramid. They were very professional, helped us make a decision, came out to measure and delivered the product ON TIME. We ultimately settled on granite and our countertop is gorgeous--we will definitely be coming back when we remodel our primary bathroom! Ask for Temon--he is great!

Needed granite countertops cut in place. Pyramid could come out the next day. Showed up on time, did the work as promised, cleaned up after. Perfect!

When we decided to renovate our kitchen, one big decision was replacing our dated corian countertops. After searching numerous granite/marble facilities in the area, I always went back to Pyramid Granite for my top choice. They had an incredible selection and helpful consulting staff. After moving into our new house, my wife wanted a new look to the dated kitchen, so I decided that after work and on weekends, I would sand, stain, and refinish the cabinets. After several dozen hours of work, regret set in as blisters formed on my fingers from the sanding and the stain wasn't giving me a uniform color. I then contacted Pyramid Granite. The Pyramid Granite team was great! They patiently talked us through options and worked with us to get an amazingly beautiful kitchen that regularly receives compliments from family and friends.

David did excellent work at a very good price. The only problem was that his English was not very good; so to avoid confusion we communicated mostly by email. Highly recommended.

We went to a large number of granite providers to try to figure out who would be best to replace the counter tops in our three bathrooms. We ended up choosing Pyramid Granite because they were very knowledgeable and helpful, very competitive on price, and they had great reviews on Angieslist. Our experience confirmed that the very positive Angieslist reviews were correct. The techs who measured, fabricated and installed our counter tops did an absolutely first rate job. We're very happy with our new counter tops. We heartily recommend Pyramid Granite.

I've had a lot of work done over the years on several homes. Pyramid removed my old granite kitchen counters and installed new quartz counters. I have to echo other reviews and say I too was amazed by the care and skill they used in their work. The installers went above and beyond in making sure the job was done carefully and expertly. I would not hesitate recommending them to family, friends and my real estate clients!

We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient.

The measurer missed one of my cooktops somehow, I have a regular cooktop and a separate Jenn- Air griddle/grill cook top. There was a bad problem with the countertop around the outside grill, luckily another contractor saw the problem, and to their credit, they did come out right away to fix as requested.

Very well. I recommend them whenever I get a chance.

After interviewing three vendors we decided to go with Pyramid. Meeting with the lead construction manager, Jorge Barrenechea was left us feeling confident with his company. We knew he was perfect for our project. He detailed the timelines with estimated production expectations very clearly. Very easy to work with and always a professional and a class act. His team led by Baggi work extremely efficiently. They get a lot done in a short amount of time but they do not rush. Very thorough operation with much communication with us when needed. The team has expertise in all aspects of the kitchen renovations from tear down to cabinet install, plumbing, electrical, and counter top if needed. Even a few extra repairs here and there also. Baggi and his team worked through a few hardships with the cabinet pieces arriving at the wrong size and his crew's handy craftmanship fixed potential issues we would have had. The work team was always very polite and courteous. The work space was cleaned every day upon leaving. Jorge would come in often if not daily at times to review the progress and was always available for oversight. He was also easily available via phone whenever we needed him. Any questions we had along the way were always given the due consideration. Very thorough team. We're happy we got to know Jorge who is a very professional and respectful person who we trusted with every phase of the install. He made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The quartz countertop is installed perfectly. They were able to align it with my old wall backsplash which was very difficult to accomplish. They were the lowest bid I got. They helped me pick the specific material and slab I wanted. I could not have been happier with them.

I am happy with my purchase. The holes drilled in the granite were a little too tight. That would be my only complaint. It looks fabulous and boy were they fast!

The office staff was very helpful and patient with us in planning what we wanted for the countertops. The technicians and plumber who measured and installed were very professional and highly skilled with their work. Once the work began, it was only a few hours before the countertops and sink were in place and finished.

Great service and quality. The selection and estimate process was relaxed and the people knowledgeable and helpful, with no pressure even though we took a long time and went back and forth quite a lot. Even though the company is small they have a great selection (quartz, in our case), and the measurement crew and installers were experienced, professional, and worked well with our contractor. The result was spectacular; we're glad we used them and recommend them highly.

Communication, Service, and Install was great.  The quartz counters and fireplace surround look outstanding in our home.  P.G. installers did a great job.  Measurements were spot on.  Their prices could not be beat by other companies we checked with and we are happy with the recommendations made by the customer service reps.  There was one little snafu with payment using credit card since it requires a surcharge but that was hammered out.  Would recommend and use again!
