At installation, they determined the sill of my shower should be repaired/refurbished prior to installing doors (they could not make that assessment until the old doors were removed. They did not insist, but recommended strongly repairing a few cracked tiles -- this was professional advise from the installer, which I took. We rescheduled the installation for the next week, I accomplished the repair myself over the weekend). The actual install found the shower walls were approx. 3/8" out of plumb -- but the installation went well. A slight miscommunication about final payment (I expected a final invoice, but did not receive one) was corrected with a simple phone call."
