They were very professional, helped us make a decision, came out to measure and delivered the product ON TIME. "Small mix up in scheduled time of arrival . Brian was very courteous and friendly . Kitchen install was very difficult due to rusted pipes and calcified washers. Even faced with tight spaces and very difficult rust, Brian persevered with out cursing or quitting . Thus showing great professionalism . The up stairs bath was similar in install , but all work was done in a timely manner which was a concern of the installer. He would explain that due to faulty original installation ( which he showed me first) why the job would take the time estimated before he began. Nice touch."

Omar came out twice to help me walk through everything and be sure we got everything documented.  They were easy to work with as far as scheduling.  They were really professional and got things done when they said they would.  They were always on time.  On the carpet installation they ended up rushing the order for us and moved their schedule around to accommodate travel plans that we had, so that was really nice.  The quality of the work was really high.  Everything turned out beautifully and we are really happy with it."
