Then on the day of the work, they showed up and worked through to the next day and removed the whole chimney from the inside without making a dent in the house. Since they are so prompt and efficiently, i was able to coordinate with my roofer to come in on the same day to seal up the roof. "The owner told me he would point areas of the chimney and did not until I called back and had him return. When he did return he did a sloppy job and used non matching cement which makes my chimney look like it was done by an inexperienced slob. In addition after inspecting it more closely in November I realized he missed a lot of areas. I patched the rest myself and did a far superior job (and I have never done this work in my life!) The cap looks good and the crown is done but the re-pointing was a real disappointment"
