"After considerable comparing and contrasting replacement costs for a gas water heater, it was clear that Coastal Plumbing and Heating are an ethically-driven business model. The first quote I received included costly replacement items germane according to the first quote. When compared to and discussed with Coastal Plumbing and Heating not only were the so-called necessary add-ons unnecessary, the cost was dramatically reduced. Retaining Coastal saved me $2,718.45. Both quotes were for the exact same brand replacement tank. And . . . this is important they arranged their schedule to come the same day they were contacted after hearing I did not have hot water for 3 days. Should there be future plumbing issues in my home, I wouldn't hesitate to call Ken, the owner and licensed plumber of Coastal Plumbing and Heating. Ken and his son worked together, completed the work in a timely manner, no additional costs above the quoted amount and are very respectful. "Fantastic service. Had a leak over the weekend and asked if they could come out on Monday morning – they said they’d be there at 9:00 AM and even ended up arriving early! Really nice guy and got the job done very quickly, then checked several times to make sure the issue was resolved. Price was reasonable. Will absolutely recommend to friends — Clark Plumbing & Heating is definitely my new go-to for any plumbing issues I have in the future!"
