As well as completely clear as the best way to achieve it. He never tried to oversell the project, in fact, he always was looking for ways to save us money. When it came time to finally install the flooring, which he allowed me to purchase myself and not through him, unlike some other vendors I got quotes from, his installers came on time when they said they would, were polite, professional, clean and efficient. They let us know ever step of the way if there was something that we should know or consider during the installation process so it was 100% to our liking and satisfaction. When finished they cleaned up after themselves, explain the best way to maintain the floors and answered any questions we had. We are completely pleased with the end product!
